Eligibility

  • First-time purchase: Eligible for a full refund (minus any original shipping charge, if applicable) — opened or used is okay.

  • Repeat purchase of the same product: Must be unopened and in original packaging.

  • Bundles & multipacks: If opened/used, we can refund one unit; remaining units must be unopened.

Our goal is to be generous and fair while preventing misuse of the policy.

We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and provide a pre-paid USPS return label (for U.S. orders). Items sent back without an RMA may be refused.

What We Need From You

  • The product container (even if opened)

  • Optional note about why it didn’t work for you (helps us improve)


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you confirmation. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks or card issuers may take additional time to post credits.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If you return an item simply because you changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, the return-label cost may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item).

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you don’t see your refund, please email support@mynextform.com.


Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if any item is damaged or incorrect so we can replace or refund it immediately.


Exchanges

Need a different item? Start a return (see above). Once accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product or we can assist you with the exchange.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Heavily used or empty containers (on repeat purchases of the same product)

  • Returns requested after the 60-day window

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items should be returned with original packaging; opened items are acceptable for a first-time purchase refund under our 60-day guarantee. Proof of purchase is required.
