Thank you for shopping with Next Form! We aim to process and ship all orders quickly so you can start enjoying your wellness products as soon as possible.
📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will ship the next business day.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship all U.S. orders via USPS from our Florida fulfillment center.
Shipping options:

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Ground Advantage) – 3–6 business days

Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) – 1–3 business days

Express Shipping (USPS Priority Express) – 1–2 business days (paid upgrade)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50

Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $4.95

Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight
🌎 International Shipping
At this time, Next Form ships only within the United States.
We are working to expand our international shipping options soon.
📍 Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@mynextform.com and we will help you resolve it quickly.
Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.
🔁 Order Changes & Address Updates
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@mynextform.com.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
