Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Next Form, we offer several flexible ways to purchase your favorite supplements. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases: subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy offers (if available).


🌀 Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a Next Form product, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you choose (e.g., every 30, 45, or 60 days).

  • Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each delivery unless you cancel in advance.

  • You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time — no penalties, no hidden fees.

  • Subscription orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled, but you can cancel future renewals.

  • You can manage your subscription directly through the “Manage Subscription” link in your confirmation or reminder emails, or by contacting support@mynextform.com.

Pre-Orders

Sometimes we offer products on pre-order before they are officially in stock.

  • When you pre-order, you reserve your item in advance.

  • Depending on the offer, we may collect a deposit or the full payment at checkout.

  • You can cancel your pre-order any time before the item ships for a full refund.

  • Once your pre-order has shipped, it follows our regular Refund Policy.

We’ll always email you updates and an estimated shipping date before fulfillment.


🧪 Try Before You Buy

If available, our “Try Before You Buy” option allows you to experience the product before being charged.

  • We will authorize (but not charge) your payment method when you place the order.

  • You’ll have a 7-day trial period from delivery to decide if you want to keep it.

  • If you decide to keep it, the authorized payment will automatically be processed.

  • If you wish to return it, contact support@mynextform.com within the 7-day period for instructions.

Products returned after the trial period will be charged in full.


Cancellations & Changes

We know life happens — if you need to cancel or update an order:

  • Contact our support team at support@mynextform.com as soon as possible.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.

  • Once shipped, it falls under our Refund Policy.
